COMMANDER’S HOLIDAY MESSAGE
Fellow AMVETS, Ladies Auxiliary, Sons of AMVETS, AMVETS Riders, Veterans, Families, and Friends,
As we enter the holiday season, I want to extend my heartfelt appreciation to each Member of our AMVETS family. Your dedication, service, and unwavering support for our Veterans and communities have been the foundation of everything we have accomplished this year. Whether at the Post, District, or Department level, each of you has contributed to strengthening our mission and upholding the values that define AMVETS.
This time of year offers us a moment to reflect on the progress we have made together. We have navigated challenges, celebrated achievements, and continued to build a strong, united organization committed to serving those who served. None of this would be possible without the teamwork, professionalism, and passion displayed by the SEC, leadership, volunteers, and supporters across our Department.
As we gather with family and friends, let us also keep in our thoughts the men and women currently serving our nation, as well as the Veterans and families who may be facing difficult circumstances during the holiday season. Our commitment to them remains steadfast, and I am grateful for the compassion and outreach our AMVETS family continues to provide throughout the year.
On behalf of the Department, I wish each of you a joyful and safe holiday season, filled with peace, warmth, and hope. May the new year bring renewed strength, continued unity, and opportunities for us to further advance our mission. Thank you for everything you do, and may 2026 be a year of success for the entire AMVETS family.
